How To Ditch Your Shi*ty Thoughts Without Going to Therapy

A Thought

Reprogramming Workshop

Thursday July 6th, 2023 5:00p CST

Free, Online via Zoom

You are NOT your thoughts. You are however responsible for the thoughts you think and you have the power to choose them.

So much of our suffering, anxiety, imposter syndrome, depression, illness, and worry can be traced back directly to our thoughts. The good news is that neuroplasticity is real and your thoughts can be changed, with a healthy dose of choice & repetition. The better news is that you don't need to spend years in therapy to do it.

In this workshop we’ll cover the basics of thought reprogramming, explore why your mantras & affirmations aren't as effective as they could be & jump into action with some Thought Defense to give you some immediate relief from any thought spirals that might be currently taking you down.

The average human has 60,000 thoughts a day, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive according to the Cleveland Clinic and National Science Foundation. Breath easy, nothing's wrong with you. It's your programming.

This workshop is for you if one of the following resonates:

01

You have thought spirals that you find yourself stuck in, that are taking you down and out in your mind and impacting how you show up in life

02

You have mental blocks that you can't quite put a finger on that are making you emotionally reactive so you can't enjoy the moment

03

You've been reading books, listening to podcasts, going to therapy, focused on “good vibes only” and practicing affirmations and that shit still isn't working

04

You're noticing patterns & behaviors in your life that you're ready to shift out of

I've been able to create some major mindset shifts, breakthroughs, and a-ha moments, all with the help and accountability of Shenna - I can't thank her enough!

Change your thoughts, change your life.

Quit letting shitty thoughts run the show.

After this experience you'll be able to:

Use your emotional triggers to identify thought patterns that are holding you back.

Our triggers are treasures! Once we reframe the triggers in our life as something happening for us to learn from, we get in the driver seat to understand which subconscious thoughts are running the show and are ready to be reprogrammed.

Understand why mantras & affirmations aren't a one size fits all solution & what to do about it.

Yes, they are a definitely a supportive practice however until you clearly identify the thought that needs to be reprogrammed and create a custom anti-thought for it, then your brain might easily blow right past them.

Know when to use gaslighting to your advantage.

Wild to think that such a terrible word could actually be helpful! And the truth is that gaslighting yourself can be supportive in some very specific instances. You're not meant to believe everything you think and gaslighting can help with that.

Maximize your potential by learning how to reprogram your thoughts so that they help you create a life you don't want to escape from.

I remember as a little girl my mom having me take the Myers Briggs personality assessment and from there my penchant for personal development took off. Since then, I've spent several thousands of hours & dollars, + decades of my life in self study, reading books, getting certifications, attending trainings and seminars, seeking out mentors, listening to podcasts, and more in an effort to better know myself. I’ve realized that this passion is actually my life's purpose and I find true fulfillment helping others get clarity on their “one day” and providing tools and guidance for them to make it happen.
